The program kicks off with a success call so that you feel confident with the steps you need to take, followed by two Q&A office hours to help you reach your goals. 

Pillar 3: Daily Bite Sized Motivation

Through the coaching app, you will get daily coaching to help you succeed and build lifelong skills. 

Pillar 4: Community Support

Share your journey with others in the support group. Be part of a community where you can share tips, and get support every step of the way. 

Pillar 5: Accountability

We will keep you accountable and help you stay on track for the whole program...and if you do get stuck, you can message us through the app for support anytime!

Here's what you'll learn and practice in the Lifestyle Recharge program...

This online program will cover everything you need to know to customize your unique lifestyle practices. You will start with one small simple practice and stack up the practices going forward with support and accountability to help you along the way.


Week 1: Nudge Your Sleep Routine

Sleep is the foundational pillar for wellness. We'll start with a simple implementable strategy to help you feel rested.

Week 2: Build Your Sleep Routine

Human beings are creatures of habit. We dig deeper into the most common activities you can do to signal your body that it is time for bed and craft a routine that works for you.

Week 3: A Minute To Feel Centered

You will practice the simple strategy that takes only 1 min (imagine that!!) each day to appreciate all that life offers.

Week 4: Meditation In The Real World

Too many of us get caught up in doing things perfectly or not at all. Meditation is a great example of this. You will learn strategies to implement and find what works for you with meditation.

Week 5: Out In Nature

Nature and movement go hand in hand in clearing our minds, making us calm and creative. Learn and implement strategies to allow the wonderful benefits of these practices.

Week 6: Plan And Execute

You have implemented five powerful practices. Now we put it all together and learn some simple meal planning strategies which will enhance your progress.

I’m an Integrative & Functional Cancer Dietitian and founder of The Rustic Dietitian. When my father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma I had the opportunity to put all my research and clinical experience to good use. When it touches you personally of course the odds feel greater. Fueled by his and my professional experiences, it is my mission to help others optimize their cancer recovery & recurrence prevention using the power of food, lifestyle, and targeted strategies.

I am a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, wife, mom, and a breast cancer thriver. Having gone through the cancer journey, I have experienced the power of right foods and lifestyle during treatment and healing. My vision for this phase of my life as a nutrition lifestyle coach is to help cancer patients and thrivers feel confident in implementing lifestyles that support their life forward.
